Do you have an iPhone? Apple Live Voicemail is enabled by default on devices updated to iOS 17 that are set to English language. Once enabled, this feature collects messages instead of Videotron Voicemail. Learn more about Live Voicemail.
First Voicemail setup
Start by accessing your voicemail with your temporary PIN, then choose a new PIN and set up your greeting message.
- Press and hold 1 to access your voicemail.
- Enter your temporary Personal Identification Number (PIN), which is the last 4 digits of your phone number followed by 99#.
• E.g., if your phone number is 514-281-1711, enter 171199#. - Follow the instructions:
• Enter a new PIN, followed by #.
• Enable the PIN Skip feature if desired. - Record your name for the greeting message: wait for the beep at the end of the instructions, say your name, then press #.
- Choose the type of greeting message:
• System message with your name only.
• Personalized greeting message.
Access your voicemail without having to enter your PIN by enabling the Personal Identification Number (PIN) skip option.
Modifying your greeting message
- Press and hold 1 to access your voicemail and enter your PIN.
- Press 3.
- Choose the type of message you wish to modify or activate.
• System message with your name only.
• Personalized greeting message.
Enabling and disabling notifications
All notifications are activated by default. Deactivate or reactivate them from the Voicemail menu.
Complementary notification
Receive a text with the date and time the voicemail was received, the duration of the message, and the caller’s number.
To manage this function, go to your voicemail and press 4, 8 and 1.
Basic notifications
Receive a notification that you got a new message, as well as a text message showing a summary of all messages left.

The Call Forwarding feature may be disabled when the line is busy Reactivate it as follows:
- Dial *67 followed by #.
- Press the phone icon to confirm.
Voicemail storage capacity is 35 messages of 5 minutes each or 85 messages of 2 minutes each.
