THREE STEPS FOR CHOOSING THE BEST MOBILE TELEPHONE SERVICE

Today, mobility is a necessity for any business that wants to increase productivity and remain competitive. Is your service agreement coming to an end? Here are three steps to follow that will help you make the best choice.


1. Determine the plan that best meets your needs

Plan Coverage


Depending on the geographic scale of your business, as well as your usage habits, you should choose between coverage in Canada and coverage in Canada and the United States. The former includes all calls and data made within Canada. This can include calls and data usage made from Canada to the United States, but does not include roaming outside Canada. 2.  Choose the ideal mobile device for your business

The mobile device
The current market has three major families of devices recommended for business purposes, which are classified according to their operating systems: iOS, Android and BlackBerry.


In 2015, in Quebec, 42% of adult smartphone-users had an iPhone. The iOS Apple operating system is appreciated for its regular updates. This type of device is very secure and offers a large number of business apps, among them, iWork, Adobe Reader, Evernote and Dropbox. However, because these models are of very high quality and less widely produced, they tend to come with a higher price tag.


As for Android, which is used by 46% of adults who own a smartphone, it was the most widely used operating system in Quebec in 2015. Among the makers of Android devices, Samsung, LG, Motorola and Sony are the most popular. Businesses generally appreciate the choice of Android models, as well as the range of prices offered. Agreement or Bring Your Own Device?

But on the other hand, it necessitates a substantial initial investment and involves the management of mobile devices as well as technical resources. 3. Optimize all your activities, thanks to our solutions and tools

For example, cloud computing solutions like Office 365 allow your employees to have access at all times to their Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, as well as having access to their inbox through a mobile device.
