Take-back Credit:
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron Business customers who subscribe to a Business Mobile plan with a 24-month agreement. The Videotron Take-back Credit is offered upon purchase of selected eligible devices with the Videotron Simplified Payment option, on subscription to an eligible Mobile plan. The Videotron Take-back Credit entails a monthly credit for 24 months. At the end of the 24-month agreement, customer must return the device, in good condition, to a Videotron store. The conditions, requirements to be met, and necessary preparation for an acceptable return are available at here. Subject to credit approval by Videotron. If the agreement is terminated before the end of the 24-month period, a cancellation fee will apply and the entirety of the credit granted shall be paid back.
