The Helix Fi app, free and included in all Helix plans, makes it easy to manage your network and enjoy the most secure Wi-Fi.
You can set up your Wi-Fi and create profiles, get the password for your wireless network, see who’s online, test the Wi-Fi connection of all your devices on the network, detect threats, and protect your devices with Advanced Security, and even troubleshoot issues quickly on your own.

Helix Internet plan
This limited-time offer applies to new Helix customers who subscribe to Helix Internet. The offer consists of granting a discount of $288 on the purchase of a Helix Fi 2 gateway (the “Equipment”) applicable on the first invoice. The granting and maintenance of the discounts is conditional on maintaining the subscription to Helix Internet plan for 24 months. In the event of termination of the agreement before the end of 24 months, compensation corresponding to the monthly amount of the discount multiplied by the number of months remaining in the agreement, and including applicable taxes, must be paid. The client has 30 days after the activation of the subscription to end the contract, without penalty. The current monthly payment will be reimbursed, however the client will have to pay the amounts due for optional and one-off services. Services, programming, conditions, and rates may vary by region and are subject to change without prior notice. Installation fees of $99 extra, if required. Self-installation of the Equipment is offered free of charge to all customers who subscribe to Helix services (Internet and/or Television). Taxes extra. Certain conditions apply.
