Each Helix plan includes free rental of the required equipment, with no commitment and a performance guarantee, so if you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can cancel it without any fees.
Rental of the required Helix equipment is included for customers who subscribe and maintain their subscription to a Helix plan. Equipment rental is subject to availability and models may vary. Customer has 30 days following activation of their subscription to cancel the agreement and get reimbursed the current monthly rate. However, the customer will be required to pay the amounts due for optional and occasional services.
