If you have been a witness to or victim of Internet abuse committed by a user of our Internet services, follow these steps to report to us this abuse.

How to report Internet hacking

IMPORTANT

Take note that, for every complaint, you need to provide us all relevant information related to the issue. This includes full logs or complete emails, including the headers, date and time, IP address...

Also, we can only deal with complaints concerning IP addresses registered to Vidéotron.  For demands concerning IP addresses registered to another party, you need to refer to them for your request.
