File a complaint

Videotron is committed to offering the best service to maximize the satisfaction of its customers. Should you wish to inform us of any dissatisfaction or complaint, please follow these steps so that we can address the matter as soon as possible.

Step 1: Call Customer Service

Call Customer Service at 514 380-4667 / 1 877 380-4667 .

Ask questions or explain the matter to the Videotron customer service agent who answers your call. Most problems can be addressed during this step. If you are not satisfied with the answer or the proposed solution, proceed to step 2.

Step 2: File a complaint by e-mail

If you were not satisfied in step 1, please send an e-mail to sac@videotron.net.

Describe the situation and explain why you do not agree with the solution that was proposed. Your inquiry will be handled within 24 hours of receipt by a specialized agent who will handle your request. Please make sure to mention your name, your company name, and the account number printed on your invoice.

Step 3: Write a letter to Videotron

If you were not satisfied in step 2 and you wish to file a complaint through the mail, please send it to the following address:

Describe the situation and explain why you do not agree with the solution that was proposed. Please make sure to mention your name, your company name, and the account number printed on your invoice. Your inquiry will be handled within 48 hours of receipt by a specialized agent who will handle your request.

 

Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS)
CCTS is an independent agency whose mandate is to resolve complaints of consumers about their telecom and TV services, and complaints of small business customers about their telecom services, free of charge. If you have a complaint about your telephone, wireless, internet or TV service, you must first try to resolve it directly with your service provider. If you have done so and have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, CCTS may be able to help you.

Please note that the CCTS only handles complaints from clients with a monthly invoice totalling less than $2500.
