It’s Blackout sales time

* This limited-time offer applies to Videotron Business customers. It entails offering customers who trade in, in-store, an eligible device with a minimum value of $50, as part of the Videotron Trade-in program, the purchase, with the Take-back Credit option, of a new Samsung Galaxy S24 FE 128 GB device at $0 per month, when combined with a subscription to an eligible Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $59 and a 24-month agreement.

Conditions related to the purchase of the device: The purchase of the device is available with the Videotron Simplified Payment option, upon subscription to an eligible Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $59 with a 24-month agreement and the Take-back Credit. The Videotron Take-back Credit entails a monthly credit of $8 for 24 months, conditional upon device being returned to a Videotron store, in good condition, within the 30 days following the end of the 24-month agreement. Two monthly payments related to the purchase of the device will be recorded on the first invoice. If the agreement is cancelled before the end of the 24-month period, the remaining payments shall be borne by the customer, and if the device is discounted, an indemnity corresponding to the monthly amount of the discounted device multiplied by the number of months remaining, including applicable taxes, will apply.

Conditions related to the Trade-in program: As part of this offer, the trade-in value is calculated by a third-party tool provided by Phobio LLC. The minimum value of the trade-in device must be $50 for the customer to benefit from this offer. The value of the trade-in device will appear in the form of a credit spread over 24 months on the customer’s invoice. The trade-in value determined is definitive and non-negotiable, and shall not exceed $1,600. If customer returns their new device purchased as part of this offer, their old device traded in will not be returned to them. Limit of one trade-in device per transaction. To be eligible for the program, the trade-in device must belong to the customer, be functional, and be free of any major physical or technical damage. Customer is responsible for deleting or saving any personal data stored on the trade-in device. Videotron and Phobio LLC are not liable for any loss of personal data and are in no way responsible for recovering said data.

Conditions related to AI features: Connection to a Samsung account is required to use certain Samsung AI features. The Galaxy AI features will be offered free of charge until the end of 2025 on supported Samsung Galaxy devices. Different conditions may apply to AI features provided by third parties.
