Step 2: File a complaint by e-mail
If you were not satisfied in step 1, please send an email to our specialized agents.
Your inquiry will be handled within 24 hours of receipt by a specialized agent who will handle your request.

Step 3: Write a letter to Videotron
If you were not satisfied in step 2 and you wish to file a complaint through the mail, please send an letter following the instructions below.

Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS)
CCTS is an independent agency whose mandate is to resolve complaints of consumers about their telecom and TV services, and complaints of small business customers about their telecom services, free of charge. If you have a complaint about your telephone, wireless, internet or TV service, you must first try to resolve it directly with your service provider.
