*60: Call Screening
This service lets you block up to 30 phone numbers. The numbers must be 10-digit numbers from Canada or the US. You can also block the number of the last call received, even if it’s a private number.
The blocked caller will hear the following message when trying to reach you: “Désolé, votre correspondant ne peut prendre votre appel, veuillez rappeler ultérieurement. Sorry, the person you’re trying to reach is unable to take your call, please try again later.”
Call Screening requires a subscription. Review the fees for optional services and contact us to add the add-on if you wish.
To enable or disable Call Screening
- Pick up the phone and dial *60.
- Press 3, then 1.
To add a specific number to the screening list
- Pick up the phone and dial *60#, then the phone number you want to block.
- Press # to confirm.
To add the number of the last call received to the screening list
- Answer the call, then hang up.
- Pick up your phone and wait for the dial tone.
- Dial *60 #01#.
To remove a number from the list
- Pick up the phone and dial *60.
- Press 3, then 1.
- The blocked numbers will be listed. Press * after identifying the number you want to remove.
To reset the entire list of blocked numbers, dial *60*08*.

*77: Anonymous Call Rejection
This service lets you block all calls coming from callers with private names and numbers.
The blocked caller will hear the following message when trying to reach you: “The person you are trying to reach does not accept calls from private numbers. Please hang up and try again after reactivating the caller ID feature.”

To enable Anonymous Call Screening
- Pick up the phone and dial *77.
- Wait for the dial tone, then hang up.
To disable Anonymous Call Screening
- Pick up the phone and dial *87.
- Wait for the dial tone, then hang up.
*72: Call Forwarding
This service automatically forwards incoming calls on your home phone to another phone number located in North America.
When you receive a call, your phone rings briefly, then the call is automatically forwarded. Note that you can continue to make calls when the feature is enabled.

To enable Call Forwarding
- Pick up the phone and dial *72.
- Dial the phone number you want to forward your calls to.
- Proceed as follows, depending on the situation:
- If someone answers the call, stay on the line for about five seconds, until you hear two beeps, then hang up.
- If no one answers the call, hang up and repeat steps 1 and 2, which will force Call Forwarding despite the call not being answered. Wait until you hear two beeps, then hang up.
To check if Call Forwarding is enabled
- Pick up the phone and dial *72
- A rapid tone (similar to a busy signal) confirms that Call Forwarding is enabled.
To disable Call Forwarding
- Pick up the phone and dial *73
- Two beeps confirm that Call Forwarding is disabled.

*69: Last Call Return
This service lets you retrieve the phone number of the last person who called you and automatically redial it if needed. It only works if the person is calling from a landline (not a mobile line).

- Pick up the phone and dial *69.
- The number of the last incoming call is listed.
- Press 1 to automatically redial it.
*66: Busy Call Return
This service allows you to automatically call a busy line over and over for 30 minutes. As soon as the line becomes free, your phone will notify you with a distinctive ring.

To enable Busy Call Return
- Dial the number of the person you’re calling and hang up as soon as you hear the busy signal.
- Pick up the phone, dial *66, then hang up again.
Your phone will ring if the line becomes available in the next 30 minutes. All you have to do then is answer your phone, and the number will automatically be dialled.
To disable Busy Call Return
- Pick up the phone and dial *86.
- You’ll hear a message confirming that the service has been disabled.
Call Waiting
This service allows you to answer a call when you’re already on the phone. A soft beep lets you know that someone else is trying to reach you.
The Call Waiting feature is automatically enabled when it’s added to your plan.

To use Call Waiting
- Press the LINK or FLASH key to answer the waiting call.
- Press LINK or FLASH again to return to the original caller.
If you hang up while you have a call waiting, your phone will ring, and you can then answer the second caller.
*71: Three-way Calling
The Three-way Calling feature involves pay-per-use fees or requires a subscription for unlimited use. Review the fees for optional services and contact us to add the add-on if you wish.
To use Three-way Calling
- During a call, press the LINK or FLASH button, wait for the tone, and dial *71.
- Dial the third person’s phone number.
- Proceed as follows, according to the situation:
- If the third person answers, press the LINK or FLASH key to activate Three-way Calling.
- If the third person doesn’t answer, press LINK or FLASH twice to return to your original caller.
Important: If the person who started the three-way call hangs up, the call will end. The other participants may hang up at any time without ending the call.
*57: Call Trace
This service allows you to report to police authorities that you’ve received a threatening, obscene, or unwelcome call.
The Call Trace feature involves pay-per-use fees. Review the fees for optional services.
- Answer the call, then hang up.
- Pick up the phone and dial *57.
- Wait for the voice recording indicating that the call has been traced.
Contact your local police department to inform them of the date and time of the unwelcome call.
Managing your number privacy
Several options allow you to hide your phone number on a one-time or permanent basis, or to not have your number published in the phone book.
To block your information only for the next call
This feature is free and unlimited.
- Pick up the phone and dial *67.
- Wait for the three beeps.
- Dial the number of the person you want to call.
- The caller ID of the person you’re calling will display Private Name or Private Number.
To block your information permanently
To permanently block your information, subscribe to the Permanent Caller ID Block feature.

To request that your information not be published in the phone book
To make sure your name and phone number are not published in the phone book or disclosed by Directory Assistance (411), subscribe to the Unlisted Number add-on.
