In order to continue to meet all your needs and offer you innovative products and an increasingly reliable, powerful network, we may need to adjust the rates of some services. See more details.
Do your services now seem too expensive? Take a few minutes to assess your needs.
Here are some reasons why your invoice may have increased:
- You were benefitting from a special offer or discount for a specific period of time, but that period has ended, so you are now being charged the regular fees. If necessary, review your needs and modify your services in My Account.
- You have modified your services upwards, so you are now being charged for these additions.
- You have purchased new equipment, so the purchase cost, in one or more instalments, is added to your invoice.
- You used pay-per-use services, such as movie rentals or à la carte content, so these fees are added to your invoice.

To access your Helix invoice, log on to My Account and click on View my bill.
Go to My Account to see your balance or payment due date, to make a payment, or to sign up for pre-authorized credit card payments.
To see payments made from My Helix Account, log on to My Account.
Select the Billing and Payment tab at the top of the page, then click on the Billing history tab. Choose Payment and select the relevant filter according to your search.
To subscribe to preauthorized payments in My Helix Account, log on to My Account.
Select the Billing and Payment tab at the top of the page, then click on the Pre-authorized payment tab.
To see the details of the pay-per-view movies you rented on Helix TV, log on to My Account.
Select the Billing and Payment tab at the top of the page, then click on the Statement summary tab. You will find the details of the movies you rented under Entertainment.
- Once in My Account, select the Profile & Settings tab.
- Scroll down to the Contact information section and change your correspondence email address.
- Once in My Account, select the Profile & Settings tab.
- Select the Communication Preferences tab and click on the pencil icon.
- Enable communications according to your preferences.
- Once in My Account, select the Profile & Settings tab.
- Select the Communication Preferences tab and click on the pencil icon.
- Uncheck any communications you no longer wish to receive.
