Good to know
When signing in for the first time, you must use the temporary password we gave you when you subscribed to Helix. You will then be able to choose a permanent password.
Attention : The My Account section contains information on your Helix services and equipment. For all useful information on your Home and Mobile Phone services, if applicable, visit the Customer Centre on Videotron’s website.
However, if you also subscribe to other Videotron services, the Summary section in My Account will also show the balance of your invoice for these other services, just below your Helix balance. To view this other invoice, click on View Your Invoice. You will then be redirected to the Customer Centre.
The My Account section is divided into four main subsections:
- Billing & Payment
- Profile & Settings
If you want to know your account balance, check your current payment method, view your last invoice (PDF file) or find useful links to other sections or to your Customer Centre for your phone services (if applicable), this section gives you an overview of your Helix account.
Billing & Payment
This section has everything you need to easily manage your billing and your recent invoices (PDF file). You will soon also be able to change your payment preferences here.
Check out the Services section for a quick overview of your plan and equipment. It provides information on your Internet access, your TV package and all your Helix equipment, including the associated costs. You can also easily change your channels. Here’s how.
Profile & Settings
This section contains all the personal information associated with your account. You can also check (and will soon be able to edit) your communication preferences or reset your password in a few clicks:
- In the Password section, simply click Reset my password. You will then receive a password reset email.
- Click the link in the email and fill out the form to change your password.
