Frequently questions

No. All our access points are provided on a rental basis, included in the Wi-Fi Pro solution.

Pod-type relays plugged into an electrical outlet retransmit the signal emitted by the main modem. Wi-Fi Pro access points, on the other hand, are connected directly to the network. There is no loss in signal quality between the main modem and the various access points. This helps ensure optimal Wi-Fi coverage throughout the company.

No. HPE Aruba Networking Central user and service licenses are included in the Wi-Fi Pro option.

To determine the type and quantity of the access points you need, you must consider the floor area and number of floors in the building, the number of simultaneous users, and the number of connected devices. Our experts will then offer you a tailor-made solution, in order to best meet your needs.

Videotron offers a turnkey solution. The fixed monthly payment, per access point, includes equipment, installation, and licenses, in addition to technical support. Learn more about Wi-Fi Pro
