Getting a Videotron online Business account
Upon your request, an activation email will be sent to the email address indicated in your file when you subscribe to a Videotron service.
It’s your gateway for signing up to the Business Customer Centre and allows Videotron to identify you securely when you fill out the sign up form.
Good to know
Your activation email will expire five days after you receive it, and you will no longer be able to use it to sign up for your Business account. To sign up after it has expired, you must call Videotron Business Customer Service.
How to sign up to the Business Customer Centre without an activation email
You can sign up to the Business Customer Centre without an activation email. First, make sure you meet the eligibility criteria under Who can sign up to the Business Customer Centre? section below.
Then fill out the sign up form. Finish signing up to the Business Customer Centre by providing the following information:
- Your Videotron account number
- Your username
- The postal code of the address to which the Videotron services are provided For Mobility services, the postal code of the address on the associated account
- Your email address
- Your password
This personal information is important. Videotron will never disclose it.
Who can sign up to the Business Customer Centre?
Any person identified by the account holder as an authorized secondary user, with the exception of authorized technical users.
However, only the Videotron account holder can fill out the Business Customer Centre sign up form. This is the person in charge of the Videotron account and who usually pays the monthly bill.
How to sign up online to the Business Customer Centre if you are a secondary user
If you are not the account holder, you cannot sign yourself up to the Business Customer Centre.
The Videotron account holder must add secondary users in the Business Customer Centre using the user management tool, under Your Account. Only the account holder has access to this tool.
How to choose your username
Enter the username you wish to use in the Business Customer Centre sign up form. Suggestion: use your email address. Our systems will verify that the username is available and meets the following criteria:
- At least 8 characters (maximum 50)
- Numbers accepted
- Symbols accepted: . — _
- Symbols not accepted: [Space] , = + < > # @
How to choose your password
Enter the password you wish to use in the Business Customer Centre sign up form. Choose a complex, yet easy-to-remember password. Our systems will verify that it meets the following security criteria:
- At least 6 characters (maximum 16)
- Has at least one letter
- Has at least one number
- Does not include any of the symbols not accepted: [Space] , = + < > # @
