Subscribing or unsubscribe from Videotron Business’ communications
Videotron Business applies Canada’s anti-spam legislation, which protects Internet users from receiving unwanted emails.
At any time, you can manage your communication preferences and unsubscribe from a mailing list from your Business Customer Centre.
- Log in to the Business Customer Centre.
- In the Your Account section, click Set your communication preferences.
- Choose your communication preferences by checking or unchecking the desired boxes. You can also change the email and phone number in your file.
Secure access to your Business Customer Centre
This allows us to protect your personal information in case of fraud. If you find yourself in this situation, the website will automatically redirect you to a reset page. Change your password by following the instructions on the screen.
