Make sure that everything is properly plugged in:
- Unplug and replug the telephone cable at both ends.
If you still can’t hear a dial tone, contact technical support.
You should contact technical support. State the number you’re calling from and the number you’re trying to reach, along with the access code you’re attempting to use.
The data transmission channel may be compromised.
Contact technical support and state the listed directory number or that of your PRI circuit.
