Exceeding the Internet usage limit
Your Business account includes unlimited monthly mobile data usage. In the event of a cable Internet failure, customers with Videotron’s Wireless Backup for Businesses will have up to 20 GB in monthly data usage to keep their business running. Customers will automatically receive an email indicating that they are now in Wireless Backup mode. This same email will be sent to Videotron’s technical support so that a technician can solve the problem that caused the switch to backup.
You will still be able to monitor your Internet usage.
Prorated charges for changing services
If you regularly exceed your Business plan’s Internet or mobile data limits, you can upgrade your plan at any time to better meet your needs.
If you make changes to one of your services, your monthly plan will be adjusted on a prorated basis for the number of days remaining until the next billing cycle. This ensures that you pay only for the services you use.
For example, let’s say your billing cycle is from May 1 to May 31. On May 16, you subscribe to a $60 mobile phone service. Your next Business invoice will show $30 for the month of May (the period of May 16–30) and $60 for the month of June.
Fees for 1-900 and 1-976 numbers
1-900 and 1-976 numbers always incur fees, while 1-800 numbers are toll free.
1-900 and 1-976 lines provide pay-per-call services, the cost of which is determined by the service provider. These services are provided by third parties; Videotron acts only as the call carrier and collecting agent.
Be careful, however, as these calls may become very costly. The types of services offered vary: games, contests, government services, dating services, etc. In all cases, the service provider must state the applicable charges at the beginning of the call.
The 1-900 and 1-976 call blocking service is available free of charge and will prevent such calls from being made on your office line. To activate this service, contact our Customer Service.

Directory assistance fees
If you use Directory Assistance (411) from your mobile or home phone and you have not subscribed to this option, the usage will be billed at $ 3.50 per call. Taxes not included. Certain conditions apply.

Videotron Business customers with impaired vision enjoy unlimited 411 services free of charge.
Wireless Code
The CRTC’s Wireless Code establishes fundamental rights for all wireless users. Since December 1, 2017, the Code has given consumers more rights.
