Creating a list of contacts in your Voicemail service
You can create up to three lists with a maximum of 10 contacts each. These contacts must be subscribed to Videotron’s Voicemail service.
To create a list of contacts:
At any time, press * to return to the previous step.
- Access your voicemail.
- Press 4 to access the voicemail options.
- Press 2 to modify your management options.
- Press 2 to manage your distribution lists.
- Press 1 to create a new list of contacts.
- Follow the instructions.
Modifying an existing list of contacts
You can manage your contact lists as you wish, adding or removing members, deleting a list, or renaming it.
- Access your voicemail.
- Press 4 to access the voicemail options.
- Press 2 to modify your management options.
- Press 2 to manage your distribution lists.
- Press 2 to modify a list of contacts.
- Enter the list number followed by #, or press # only to browse your existing lists.
- Follow the instructions.
Sending a message to a list of contacts
To send a message to an existing list:
- Access your voicemail.
- Press 2 to send a message.
- Follow the instructions, entering the desired list’s number.
- Record your message and follow the instructions to send it.
- Your message will be left simultaneously in the voicemail box of all members of the selected list, without their telephone ringing.
