Viewing your balance
Your balance is the total amount of your invoice, payable each month.
- You’ll find your balance in the yellow rectangle titled Balance Due on your paper or downloadable PDF invoice.
- You can quickly access your balance in your Business Customer Centre. You’ll find it on the home page, under Your invoice. If you haven’t already created your Business Customer Centre account, sign up now.
To check your invoice balance, log in to your Business Customer Centre account.
Paying your Videotron Business invoice
There are different ways to pay your Business invoice: choose the one that works for you.
Preauthorized payments
Register for preauthorized payments online in your Business Customer centre. This will help you avoid any late payments.
You have two options:
- Direct debit payments from your bank account.
- Automatic payments on your credit card.
Good to know
Your personal information is confidential. Videotron does not share it with anyone and keeps it protected at all times.

Paying through online banking
You can pay your Videotron invoice online through any Canadian financial institution.
Just add Videotron as a payee in your online bank account.
Credit card
You can pay your Business invoice by credit card. Your Videotron account will be credited within 24 business hours.
- Call 1-866-380-2967 to make your payment.
- Select Option 2.
- Follow the instructions.
Cheque or money order
You can pay your invoice by sending us a cheque or money order at:

To avoid any late payments, please allow five business days for your cheque to be received and processed.
Good to know
We do not accept post-dated cheques. If you wish to pay in advance, sign up for preauthorized payments.
Register for Preauthorized Payments
Log in to your Business Customer Centre to choose the preauthorized payment method of your choice.
- Log in to your Business Customer Centre account.
- In the Account and Invoice section, under Your Invoice, select Register for Preauthorized Payments.
- Enter your banking or credit card information.
Important If you have a new bank or credit card number, it’s important to update the information in your account immediately to avoid your payments being disrupted.
