1 Samsung Galaxy A36 5G offer This limited-time offer applies to Videotron customers. It entails offering customers who trade in an eligible device with the purchase of a Samsung Galaxy A36 5G device combined with a subscription to an eligible Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $45 and a 24-month agreement, savings a minimum of $100. The customer gets an increased value of minimum $100 when trading in an eligible device in-store when the trade-in device is of the Samsung A series*. The price of the device without an agreement is $528 (before any discounts or credits, and excluding options, miscellaneous fees, and taxes). Conditions related to the purchase of the device: The purchase of the device is offered with the Videotron Simplified Payment option, when combined with a subscription to an eligible Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $45, with a 24-month agreement. Conditions related to the Trade-in program: The trade-in must be done in-store. As part of this offer, the trade-in value is calculated by a third-party tool provided by Phobio LLC and will appear in the form of a credit on the customer’s invoice. The trade-in value is final and non-negotiable, and will be increased, with the purchase of a Samsung Galaxy A36 5G device, by $100 when customer trades in a device from the Samsung Galaxy A. The trade-in value of the device, as indicated in the customer’s agreement and invoice, will include the amount of the bonus, up to a maximum of $1,300. In the event that the value of the trade-in and bonus combined exceeds $1,300, the surplus will be added to the bonus section. The total trade-in value, including the bonus, can reach a maximum of $1,800. If customer returns their new device purchased as part of this offer, their old device traded in will not be returned to them. Limit of one trade-in device per transaction. To be eligible for the program, the trade-in device must belong to the customer, be functional, and be free of any major physical or technical damage. Customer is responsible for deleting or saving any personal data stored on the trade-in device. Videotron and Phobio LLC are not liable for any loss of personal data and are in no way responsible for recovering said data. Conditions related to AI features: Connection to a Samsung account is required to use certain Samsung AI features. The Galaxy AI features will be offered free of charge until the end of 2025 on supported Samsung Galaxy devices. Different conditions may apply to AI features provided by third parties.
