I forgot my password.
Don’t worry, it happens. You can choose a new password. An email with a link to select a new password will be sent to the email address listed in your account.
Use your browser’s “Remember Me” feature to avoid having to enter your username and password every time you log in. Your browser will save your information.
Be careful, if you share your user profile with someone else, this trick may not be suitable for you.
Tips
Create a password that is both complex and easy to remember, by inventing a sentence and forming your password using the first letter of each word. Example: "Mary eats spaghetti three times a week" will become "mes3taw."
I’m locked out of my Business Customer Centre account.
Your Business Customer Centre account will be locked after five unsuccessful login attempts. This allows us to protect your personal information in case of fraud.
What should I do? If you find yourself in this situation, the website will automatically redirect you to a reset page. Change your password by following the instructions on the screen.
If you do not receive a temporary password, please call Business Customer Service at 1-877-380-7000.
