I can’t log in to the Business Customer Centre.
If you failed multiple times in your attempt to log in, your account was automatically locked. We lock Business Customer Centre accounts after five unsuccessful login attempts. This allows us to protect your personal information in case of fraud.
What should I do? Our site will automatically redirect you to a reset page where you can choose a new password.
Tip
Use your browser’s “Remember Me” feature to avoid having to enter your information every time you log in.
I’m not the primary account holder.
Contact the account holder, who can unlock secondary user accounts in the Manage Account Users section.
Suspending services versus disconnecting
You may wish to temporarily suspend your services. During such a period of inactivity, you will still have access to the Business Customer Centre.
- If you plan to move and have Videotron equipment, you must contact the Business Customer Service at least two weeks in advance to ensure that the Videotron Business services will be available at the new address. You are responsible for moving the Videotron equipment. A technician will take care of connecting it at the new location.
- If you use equipment provided by a company other than Videotron, you still must inform Business Customer Service of the move at least two weeks in advance. The client is responsible for connecting the equipment at the new location. If applicable, said connection should be carried out by a representative of the company that provided the equipment.
I suspect that my account has been hacked.
The best way to prevent your account from being hacked is to change your password on a regular basis. Use complex, hard-to-guess passwords and avoid using the same password for your different online accounts. More tips on how to change your password.
