I forgot my Business Customer Centre username.
To recover your username, enter the email address for correspondence listed in your account. Your username will be sent to this address.
I never entered an email address for correspondence in my secondary user profile.
If you have not entered an address for correspondence in your Business Customer Centre’s secondary user profile (in Your Account > Change your profile), we will not be able to send you your username.
You then have two options:
- Ask your Videotron account holder to recover it by following the recovery procedure indicated above.
- Ask your Videotron account holder to recover it by contacting Videotron Business Customer Service.
I’m locked out of my Business Customer Centre account.
Your Business Customer Centre account will be locked after five unsuccessful login attempts. This allows us to protect your personal information in case of fraud. Our site will automatically redirect you to a reset page where you can choose a new password.
Use your browser’s “Remember Me” feature to avoid having to enter your information every time you log in. Your information will be saved. Be careful, if you are using a shared computer to log in to your Business Customer Centre, this trick may not be suitable for you.
