The portal also allows autonomous management of accesses and requests for changes and service modifications. This platform also lets you submit requests to technical support by creating and tracking tickets. It is an interesting visual tool; it allows you to consult important visuals and metrics and their performance levels.

- Balance to be paid by invoice
- Total amount to be paid with the addition of the age of accounts
And closed transactions:
- Date payment was made
- Invoice number and download option
- Amount paid by invoice
Maintenance notifications
You have access to:
- Maintenance notification numbers
- The status of the notification
- The client services affected by the maintenance notifications
- The different dates and deadlines
- The approximate maintenance duration
