- Basic warranty-covered device. Contact our Technical Support
- Device covered by AppleCare+ warranty. Contact Apple
- Device covered by the Mobile Device Protection Program. Make a claim online.

Do you have a motor, sensory, or physical disability preventing you from visiting a Videotron service location in person? We offer free courier service for the repair of the mobile device associated with your Mobile plan.
If your device is diagnosed as defective during a technical support call with Videotron, we will send you a package with a courtesy mobile device along with a return slip, so you can send us your defective device free of charge.
- Once your wireless device has been repaired, it will be sent back to you with a second return slip that you can use to return the courtesy device free of charge.
- A rush courier service will handle both operations, delivering to and picking up from your door.
