Conditions
1 For customers subscribed to the Transaction or Guaranteed Internet access, the connection reliability is 99.9% guaranteed.
2 Where technology permits.
3 Offered exclusively with Videotron Business Internet accesses. Available exclusively where access and technology permit. Advertised rates will not change during the term of the agreement. Installation is free for agreements of twelve (12) months or longer. Installation fees of $199.95 per access point apply for subscriptions with no agreement. The rental of equipment that automatically switches over to the LTE network during an outage is included with the service. Equipment model may vary based on the options and services selected. No fees shall apply for the first 20 GB of data used. Additional fees may apply if combined data usage (upstream and downstream) exceeds the 20 GB included in the monthly plan. A penalty shall apply in the event that the agreement is cancelled before the end of the agreement. Agreement shall renew automatically, for the same duration as the initial agreement. Certain conditions apply.
