Helix GIGA Internet offer
This limited-time offer applies to new Helix customers who subscribe to Helix Internet. The offer entails the rental of the Helix Fi gateway, included for customers who subscribe and maintain their subscription to a Helix Internet plan. Equipment rental is subject to availability and gateway models may vary. Customer has 30 days following activation of their subscription to cancel the agreement and get reimbursed the current monthly rate. However, the customer will be required to pay the amounts due for optional and occasional services. Access to Unlimited GIGA Internet is offered exclusively where access and technology permit, and includes download speeds of up to 940 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 50 Mbps. The offer entails a discount of $288 upon purchase of the Helix Fi 2 gateway, conditional upon subscription to a Helix Internet plan with a 24-month agreement and maintenance of said subscription (the discount for the gateway will appear on the first invoice). In the event that the agreement is cancelled before the end of the 24-month period, an indemnity corresponding to the monthly amount of the discount granted ($12 for the Gateway) multiplied by the number of months remaining on the agreement, including applicable taxes, shall apply. In order to enjoy the benefits of the Helix TV App, a subscription to a Helix Internet plan is required. This limited-time offer applies to new Helix customers who subscribe to Helix Internet and Helix TV App. The offer entails: (a) the rental of the Helix Fi Gateway, included for customers who subscribe and maintain their subscription to the Helix Internet and Helix TV App plan. Equipment rental is subject to availability and Gateway models may vary; and (b) one (1) Premium choice among Club illico (default), Superstations, or Super Channel when the customer subscribes to a Helix Internet and Helix TV App plan.
