Price for life
The “price for life” promise means that the base rate (before any discounts or credits) of your Residential Mobile plans will not increase during the course of the subscription. It applies to all Residential Mobile plans marketed by Videotron with the mention “price for life.” The promise applies only to the base rate of the Mobile plan, and not to other charges, such as add-ons, Mobile activation fees, 911 emergency service fees, federal, provincial, and municipal taxes, overage fees, roaming fees, and any other out-of-plans rates and additional fees. It is valid as long as the customer maintains their subscription to the Mobile plan, and is non-transferable.
Multiservice discount
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron Residential customers who subscribe and maintain their subscription to an eligible Mobile plan and Internet service. The offer entails a monthly discount of $10 per line upon subscription to a Mobile plan with a monthly service rate between $45 and $59 (before any discount or credit); $15 upon subscription to a Mobile plan with a monthly service rate between $60 and $79 (before any discount or credit); or $20 upon subscription to a Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $80 (before any discount or credit). It is possible that this offer cannot be combined with other special offers or additional monthly Data Add-ons. Certain conditions apply.
Multiline discount
Multiline discounts are conditional upon customer subscribing to at least two (2) Mobile plans with data. A monthly discount of $5 per Line applies to all Lines with data associated with the account, for a maximum of seven (7) Lines. It is possible that this offer cannot be combined with other special offers. $50 Mobile activation fees (per transaction) extra. Municipal tax of $0.54 for emergency 911 services and other applicable taxes extra. Certain conditions apply.
Take-back Credit
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron customers who subscribe to a Mobile service with a 24-month agreement. The Videotron Take-back Credit is offered upon purchase of selected eligible devices and must be combined with the Videotron Simplified Payment option upon subscription to an eligible Mobile plan. The Videotron Take-back Credit entails a variable monthly credit, depending on the device, for 24 months. At the end of the 24-month agreement, the customer must return their device in good condition to a Videotron store within 30 days. Conditions, requirements, and ways to prepare for an accepted return are available here. Conditional upon credit approval by Videotron. If the agreement is terminated before the end of the 24-month period, the customer will be responsible for the remaining payments, and if the device was discounted, a penalty equal to the monthly discount multiplied by the number of months remaining on the agreement will be due. If the customer does not return their device with a Take-back Credit, they will be required to reimburse the totality of the credit granted. The discount and deferred balance are subject to applicable taxes. The Take-back Credit is not subject to taxes. It is possible that this offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
