Connecting Families program

Offered by participating Internet service providers, including Videotron, the Connecting Families program offers two residential Internet accesses starting at $10 per month for low-income families with children and seniors.

Videotron is proud to be part of this program through the Connecting Families Internet plan which gives access to download speeds of:

• 10 Mbps and an Internet limit usage of 100 GB per month;
• 60 Mbps and an Internet limit usage of 200 GB per month.

Connecting families Internet access
This special offer is available where technology permits and is available only to customers who have received a valid PIN from the Government of Canada’s Connecting Families initiative (the Initiative). It’s renewable yearly, as long as Videotron continues to participate in the Initiative and the customers remain eligible. If Videotron stops participating in the Connected Families initiative or customers lose their eligibility, the customers will be given the option to subscribe to another of Videotron’s Internet plans. Customers who choose not to subscribe to another plan will lose their service. If the program is ended, the service will be provided at the regular non-promotional rate. Customers may not switch to another provider for the duration of the Initiative, unless they move to a location that isn’t served by Videotron.
