Canada-International plan
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron Residential customers who subscribe to the Canada–International Mobile plan. It consists of offering the customer the Canada–International 45 GB Mobile plan for $60 per month when combined with an eligible Internet plan.
Conditions related to the Mobile plan: Customer receives a $20 monthly discount upon subscription to a Canada–International 45 GB Mobile plan combined with an eligible Internet plan. This plan includes unlimited local and long-distance calls anywhere in Canada. It also includes local calls in the included countries, as well as calls from these countries to Canada. To find out which countries are included in the Canada–International Mobile plan, go to: https://www.videotron.com/en/support/mobile/travel/plans-for-travellers. Use of the Canada–International plan (calls, text messages, and data) is possible in the countries included in the plan for a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) days per year, calculated from the initial subscription date. If usage exceeds the one hundred and twenty (120) days per year, Videotron may charge overage fees or remove the privilege entirely. The Canada–International Mobile plan is not applicable on cruise ships and in areas that are not supported by a partner operator (offshore areas), and additional fees will be charged to the customer on a per-use basis. Contrary to other service providers, Videotron never slows down your data speed. Data latency may still occur as a result of external factors. Certain conditions apply.
5G et 5G+
5G and 5G+ technologies are accessible on compatible devices, where a connection to the 5G or 5G+ network is possible. 5G and 5G+ coverage, product features, and performance may vary and are subject to network availability and connectivity, as well as various factors such as the plan, the device used, and environmental conditions. Outside 5G and 5G+ areas, compatible devices will continue to have access to LTE speeds, according to the available coverage. The 5G+ network is currently available in certain areas of the Greater Québec City area, as well as the Greater Montréal area and its surrounding regions. For more details: videotron.com/mobilite/5g.
Wi-Fi Calling
Wi-Fi Calling service is offered to Videotron customers who own a device compatible with the aforementioned technology. To subscribe to this service, customers must activate the Wi-Fi Calling function in their device’s settings, and accept the service’s terms of use. Wi-Fi calls require a connection to a wired Wi-Fi network in order to allow for signal transmission; therefore, it is impossible to use Wi-Fi Calling when on-board means of transport (trains, buses, airplanes, boats, etc.), or to make Wi-Fi Calls using a shared connection. All use of the Wi-Fi Calling service will be deducted from the minutes included in your Mobile plan. If your plan does not include unlimited minutes, you may incur fees for exceeding minutes. Use of the Wi-Fi Calling service for video calling incurs Internet data consumption, which will be deducted from the Internet plan belonging to the Wi-Fi signal provider. Invoicing rules may vary according to the customer’s location when making Wi-Fi calls. Specific limitations apply to Emergency 911 services. To inform yourself about invoicing rules and the limits of Emergency 911 services, please consult the Wi-Fi Calling service terms and conditions section of the Videotron website.
Price for life
The “price for life” promise means that the base rate (before any discounts or credits) of your Residential Mobile plans will not increase during the course of the subscription. It applies to all Residential Mobile plans marketed by Videotron with the mention “price for life.” The promise applies only to the base rate of the Mobile plan, and not to other charges, such as add-ons, Mobile activation fees, 911 emergency service fees, federal, provincial, and municipal taxes, overage fees, roaming fees, and any other out-of-plans rates and additional fees. It is valid as long as the customer maintains their subscription to the Mobile plan, and is non-transferable.
Multiservice discount
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron Residential customers who subscribe and maintain their subscription to an eligible Mobile plan and Internet service. The offer entails a monthly discount of $10 per line upon subscription to a Mobile plan with a monthly service rate between $45 and $59 (before any discount or credit); $15 upon subscription to a Mobile plan with a monthly service rate between $60 and $79 (before any discount or credit); or $20 upon subscription to a Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $80 (before any discount or credit). It is possible that this offer cannot be combined with other special offers or additional monthly Data Add-ons. Certain conditions apply.
Multiline discount
Multiline discounts are conditional upon customer subscribing to at least two (2) Mobile plans with data. A monthly discount of $5 per Line applies to all Lines with data associated with the account, for a maximum of seven (7) Lines. It is possible that this offer cannot be combined with other special offers. $50 Mobile activation fees (per transaction) extra. Municipal tax of $0.54 for emergency 911 services and other applicable taxes extra. Certain conditions apply.
