Wi-Fi calling terms of service
To use the service1, you must :
- Own a device that's compatible with the Wi‑Fi Calling feature;
- Have a VoLTE SIM card and the VoLTE option activated in your account. You can find this information in your Customer Centre.

Activating Wi-Fi calling on your device
Here’s how to activate the service:
- Verify your device’s model;
- Go to the Videotron Support website and click on the “Wi-Fi Calling” section;
- Follow the steps.
Emergency service
If you dial 9-1-1 over the Wi-Fi network, emergency services will not be able to determine your location. The response team will be dispatched to the address registered in your device, so it's important to ensure that this address is up to date.
It is preferable to make emergency calls using traditional cellular or telephone services, and to use Wi-Fi Calling only as a last resort.

Wi-Fi Calling and text messaging are included in your plan in the following cases
- All incoming calls, regardless of the country you’re visiting;
- Outgoing calls to Canada;
- Incoming and outgoing text (SMS), photo and video (MMS) messages (SMS), regardless of the country you’re visiting.
- Outgoing calls to someone in the same country as you (applicable in the following countries):
