- Greeting of customers with a hydroalcoholic solution and management of the number of clients in the store to respect the limit per square metre
- Increased hygiene measures for all surfaces, vehicles and products used by employees and customers
- Restrictions on physical contact: employees maintain as far as possible a minimum distance of 2 metres
- Installation of Plexiglas shields and protection panels between stations

Our technicians can pick up equipment when they go to a customer’s home for an installation or a service call. Devices can also be returned to the store.

Videotron is constantly monitoring the situation and for now, there is no interruption. In the event of a suspension of postal services, your invoice will be available online via the Customer Centre or My Account. Also, be aware that you can always opt for online invoicing. To do so, you only need to go in the e-billing section of the Customer Centre section of our website. Thank you for entering your email address now so that we can notify you if postal services are interrupted.
Given the present situation, Videotron, like all businesses, encourages its employees to telecommute. Therefore, we ask you to no longer send checks by post and to choose another method of payment (bank transfer or credit card). Videotron has many payment options to make your life easier. You can adjust them via the Customer Centre or My Account.
