In-store measures

All our stores are open, and our teams welcome you in the strictest respect of sanitary measures. In order to protect our customers and our employees, our stores apply a strict service and hygiene protocol.

  • Greeting of customers with a hydroalcoholic solution and management of the number of clients in the store to respect the limit per square metre
  • Increased hygiene measures for all surfaces, vehicles and products used by employees and customers
  • Restrictions on physical contact: employees maintain as far as possible a minimum distance of 2 metres
  • Installation of Plexiglas shields and protection panels between stations

All our stores are open for business. Your health and safety is our top priority. As such, our representatives adhere to the highest sanitary standards. According to regional health measures, our services offered in stores are adapted. Curbside pick-up is also available. Contact your store for more information.

Our technicians can pick up equipment when they go to a customer’s home for an installation or a service call. Devices can also be returned to the store.

In case of payment difficulties or for any concerns, we invite you to call us at 1 800 641-3171. We will analyze each situation on a case-by-case basis to assist you as well as possible.

Videotron is constantly monitoring the situation and for now, there is no interruption. In the event of a suspension of postal services, your invoice will be available online via the Customer Centre or My Account. Also, be aware that you can always opt for online invoicing. To do so, you only need to go in the e-billing section of the Customer Centre section of our website. Thank you for entering your email address now so that we can notify you if postal services are interrupted.

Given the present situation, Videotron, like all businesses, encourages its employees to telecommute. Therefore, we ask you to no longer send checks by post and to choose another method of payment (bank transfer or credit card). Videotron has many payment options to make your life easier. You can adjust them via the Customer Centre or My Account.
