When buying an iPhone 15, you have a choice of five trendy colours: Black, Blue, Green, Yellow, and Pink.
The price of the iPhone 15 is the same regardless of the colour chosen. The device’s price changes depending on the chosen storage capacity —128 GB, 256 GB or 512 GB.
The iPhone 15 is 147.6 × 71.6 × 7.8 mm and has a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display (diagonally).
For environmental reasons, Apple doesn’t include power adapters or EarPods with its iPhones. Please use an Apple power adapter and EarPods you already own, or purchase these accessories separately.

If you are a new Mobile client and you get your phone from one of our stores, your service is automatically activated. If you get your phone by mail and want to receive calls on your new phone before the system does so automatically, you may finalize the activation of your mobile phone by calling 1-877-477-5757 or accessing the “Complete your mobile service activation” functionality in the Mobile section of the Customer Centre.
If you already are a Mobile customer with another provider, you must request a number transfer from that provider. See the procedure.
If you have a new phone number, insert the SIM card into your mobile device and it will activate automatically.
If you are keeping your current phone number, insert the SIM card into your mobile device and call our toll-free automated activation service: 1-833-657-5507.
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your phone, it can be returned within 15 days of purchase.
The device must be in “new” condition with all components, manuals and original packaging. The battery is considered as an essential part of the mobile equipment. In order to benefit from the 15-day guarantee, any gift or bonus offered with the purchase must also be returned in like-new condition. SIM cards removed from packaging or activated cannot be returned. For the device, no exchange can be accepted.

The advertised price corresponds to the purchase of a mobile device with Videotron’s Simplified Payment option, on subscription to an eligible plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $65 and a 24-month agreement. In the event that customer cancels their agreement before the end of the 24-month period, they will have to pay the balance of the payments. If the device is discounted, an indemnity corresponding to the monthly amount of the discount multiplied by the number of months remaining will apply.
