Helix TV offers a wide selection of channels for a variety of television programming, French, English and other:
- With every Helix TV subscription, you enjoy the Basic service, which offers up to 26 HD channels, including all the Canadian general-interest networks, access to Indigo and the pay-per-view TV service.
- The Popular category includes a wide selection of Québec and international TV channels.
- The Sports category offers a wide selection of Québec and international sports channels.
- TV and movie buffs will love our Premium choices, such as illico+.
- A variety of top-quality music, international and sports channels in the pay-per-view offer will make your family happy.
You can change your channels or select on a pay-per-view basis others that would not be included in your subscription. To do so, simply log in to My Account. Note that the price of your plan will change as a result of the change in your services, such as adding or removing a channel. When you add a new channel, you must keep it for at least 30 days (except during the first month of your subscription, when you can change your channels without restriction.

Yes. Your Helix TV entertainment platform features a wide selection of exciting content, including everything on Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV+, and illico+. However, a subscription to these services is required to use these apps.
Using the voice command, simply say “Netflix,” “Prime Video,” “Apple TV+,” or “illico+.” You can also access it by pressing the Helix button on your remote. Scroll to the Apps tile and select Netflix, Prime Video, illico+, or another app of your choice.
With the Helix services, you must subscribe to Helix Internet in order to take advantage of Helix TV, as it uses IP (Internet Protocol) technology.
IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television. As its name suggests, IPTV technology transmits video signals over Internet protocol, unlike conventional protocols that operate on radio frequencies.
In the case of traditional digital television over radio frequencies, broadcasters send signals, and the viewers who receive them can only see what is being broadcast. IPTV gives you greater flexibility when watching TV, because all your content from traditional Internet and TV platforms is grouped in one place and you can access it live, on demand, pre-recorded, or in lookback mode on your TV, mobile, tablet, or computer, wherever you are.

Each Helix Internet and TV plan includes the free rental of one Helix Fi gateway for the Wi-Fi connection, as well as one Helix TV terminal (with voice remote) linked to your TV with an HDMI input.
You can connect other TVs by adding a Helix TV terminal per TV or use the Helix TV app included in your plan to stream your content on your screens without a terminal.
Yes. The Helix Fi gateway and Helix TV terminal can be installed in a few quick and simple steps. Depending on the situation, you can install it yourself at your own pace or ask for one of our technicians to install it. This way, you can get the most out of your unlimited Internet without any delays.

Videotron’s network combines fibre optics and coaxial cables. Available where access or technology permits. Certain conditions apply.
Helix Fi gateway and Helix TV terminal
The rental of the Helix Fi gateway and one Helix TV terminal is included for customers who subscribe and maintain their subscription to a Helix Internet and TV plan. The rental of the Helix Fi gateway is included for customers who subscribe and maintain their subscription to a Helix Internet and TV App plan. Equipment rental is subject to availability and gateway and terminal models may vary.
Use outside the home
Only Helix GO content is available. Content viewed must be on a channel included in the customer’s plan. Some live content may not be available outside Québec.
Changing channels
It is possible for a customer to change their TV plan channel line-up at any time. However, each selected channel must be kept for a minimum of thirty (30) days before customer can make another change pertaining to the channel in question. Additional channel blocks are available. Selected channels must be included in the channels available with the plan to which customer is subscribed. Fees apply for movie rentals and for viewing pay-per-view content. The rental period for adult movies may vary according to the type of content selected. Programming and rates subject to change without prior notice. Any changes made to a service, or combination of services, may result in a rate adjustment. Services, conditions and rates may vary by region and are subject to change without prior notice.

Helix TV app content
Available on selected channels. Viewing content requires an Internet network connection and consumes data. Streaming of content, be it live, recorded, or on demand, is limited to Canada only. However, it is possible to stream content abroad that has previously been downloaded in Canada. Fees apply for movie rentals and for viewing pay-per-view content. The rental period for adult movies may vary according to the type of content selected.
Download and go
Downloading content requires an Internet network connection and uses up data. Available on selected content. Up to 15 downloads per device. Up to 5 devices per account may download content. Downloaded content is only accessible for 30 days.
Helix GIGA Internet + TV App 10 channel choices offer at $100/month
This limited-time offer applies to new Helix customers who reside at eligible addresses and who subscribe to Helix Internet and Helix TV App. Customers who are already subscribed to a Videotron Internet or TV service are not eligible for this offer. Some addresses, due to a move, are not eligible for this offer. The offer entails: (a) a lifetime promotional discount of $2 per month, conditional upon customer maintaining their subscription to a Helix Internet and TV App plan with a minimum monthly service rate (before any promotional discount or credit, and excluding options, miscellaneous fees, and taxes) of $102; and (b) the rental of the Helix Fi gateway, included for customers who subscribe and maintain their subscription to a Helix Internet and TV App plan.
