A standard configuration uses approximately 11GB to 14GB of space (including iOS and preinstalled apps) depending on the model and settings. Preinstalled apps use about 4GB, and you can delete these apps and restore them. Storage capacity subject to change based on software version and may vary by device.

FAQ about mobile phones and Mobile Service
If you are a new Mobile client and you get your phone from one of our stores, your service is automatically activated. If you get your phone by mail and want to receive calls on your new phone before the system does so automatically, you may finalize the activation of your mobile phone by calling 1 877 477-5757 or accessing the “Complete your mobile service activation” functionality in the Mobile section of the Customer Centre.
If you already are a Mobile customer with another provider, you must request a number transfer from that provider. See the procedure
If you have a new phone number, insert the SIM card into your mobile device and it will activate automatically.
If you are keeping your current phone number, insert the SIM card into your mobile device and call our toll-free automated activation service: 1 833 657-5507.
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your phone, it can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
The device must be in "new" condition with all components, manuals and original packaging. The battery is considered as essential part of the mobile equipment. In order to benefit from the 30-day guarantee, any gift or bonus offered with the purchase must also be returned in like-new condition. SIM cards removed from packaging or activated cannot be returned. For the device, no exchange can be accepted.
In the event of an accident, the Mobile Device Protection Program allows you to exchange your device or have it repaired. You can subscribe to it as soon as you purchase your mobile device from Videotron or within 30 days of purchase.
