Price for life
The “price for life” promise means that the base rate (before any discounts or credits) of your Residential Mobile plans will not increase during the course of the subscription. It applies to all Residential Mobile plans marketed by Videotron with the mention “price for life.” The promise applies only to the base rate of the Mobile plan, and not to other charges, such as add-ons, Mobile activation fees, 911 emergency service fees, federal, provincial, and municipal taxes, overage fees, roaming fees, and any other out-of-plans rates and additional fees. It is valid as long as the customer maintains their subscription to the Mobile plan, and is non-transferable.

Bonus Annual Data in Canada
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron Residential customers who subscribe, and maintain their subscription to an eligible Mobile plan. The offer entails a bonus, free of charge in Canada, of 100 GB of data with a subscription to an All-Inclusive or Canada-International Mobile plan, or a bonus of 10 GB of data on subscription to an eligible 9 GB or 25 GB Mobile plan. This offer is applicable for a period of twelve (12) months from the initial subscription date. The amount of free-of-charge bonus data cannot exceed 20 GB (All-Inclusive or Canada-International plan) or 2 GB (9 GB or 25 GB plan) per billing cycle. This bonus data offer is non-transferable and is renewable after twelve (12) months. One bonus data offer per telephone number per twelve (12) month period. Data at full speed at all times
Contrary to other service providers, Videotron never slows down customers’ data speed. Data latency may still occur as a result of external factors. Certain conditions apply.
Wi-Fi Calling
Wi-Fi Calling service is offered to Videotron customers who own a device compatible with the aforementioned technology. To subscribe to this service, customers must activate the Wi-Fi Calling function in their device’s settings, and accept the service’s terms of use. Wi-Fi calls require a connection to a wired Wi-Fi network in order to allow for signal transmission; therefore, it is impossible to use Wi-Fi Calling when on-board means of transport (trains, buses, airplanes, boats, etc.), or to make Wi-Fi calls using a shared connection. All use of the Wi-Fi Calling service will be deducted from the minutes included in the customer’s Mobile plan. If said plan does not include unlimited minutes, customer may incur fees for exceeding minutes. Use of the Wi-Fi Calling service for video calling incurs Internet data consumption, which will be deducted from the Internet plan belonging to the Wi-Fi signal provider. Invoicing rules may vary according to the customer’s location when making Wi-Fi calls. Specific limitations apply to 911 emergency service. 5G
5G is available with compatible devices. 5G coverage, product features, and performance may vary and are subject to network availability and connectivity. The 5G network symbol appearing on a 5G device while in use means that 5G is available on the Videotron network in the surrounding local area of the device. Outside 5G areas, 5G devices will continue to have access to LTE speeds.
Canada-US plan
The Canada-US plan is offered exclusively to Videotron Residential customers. This plan includes unlimited local and long-distance calls anywhere in Canada and to the US. Use of the plan (calls, text messages, and data) is possible in the United States for a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) days per year, calculated from the initial subscription date. If usage in the United States exceeds the one hundred and twenty (120) days per year, Videotron may charge overage fees or remove the privilege entirely. The Canada-US plan is not applicable on cruise ships and in areas that are not supported by a partner operator (offshore areas), and additional fees will be charged to the customer on a per-use basis. Use of the Canada-International plan (calls, text messages, and data) is possible in the countries listed above for a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) days per year, calculated from the initial subscription date. If usage exceeds the one hundred and twenty (120) days per year, Videotron may charge overage fees or remove the privilege entirely. Daily Traveller Pass
The Daily Traveller Pass, at the best price on the Québec market, allows customers to use their monthly plan (minutes, SMS, and quantity of data included) in over 100 countries around the world for a fixed price per 24-hour period and is compatible with all our data plans and the Canada Talk and Text plan. The Daily Traveller Pass is incompatible with the bonus data offered with the All-Inclusive plans. Calls made in the country visited and to Canada are included. Calls to other destinations are not included and they will be charged at the rates listed. The Daily Traveller Pass option remains active as long as the customer does not unsubscribe. It is therefore unnecessary for customer to resubscribe for their next trip. The period of use is 24 hours from the time of first use. The Daily Traveller Pass charges are triggered only when customer makes or answers a call, sends a text message (including photo and video message), or uses their data.
Family discount
Multiline discounts are conditional upon customer subscribing to at least two (2) All-Inclusive or All-Inclusive Canada-US Mobile plans for the first two Mobile Lines, and Basic plans for additional Mobile Lines. A monthly discount of $5 per Line applies for two (2) Mobile Lines on the account; a monthly discount of $10 per Line applies for three (3) Mobile Lines on the account; and a monthly discount of $15 per Line applies for four (4) Mobile Lines or more on the account.
