You will receive an email from our partner UGO with a list of the participating retailers within 90 days of your Helix activation. You will then have 30 days to reply to the email with your choice of merchant for your gift card. We will send you your gift card by email within four days of receiving your choice.

No. You must choose only one merchant from the list for your gift card.

No. The gift card can only be used for one transaction and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If you do not respond to the email requesting your merchant choice within 30 days of receipt, you will lose the privilege related to the gift card and will not be entitled to any compensation.
