Download and go   
Downloading content requires a Wi-Fi network connection and uses up data. Available on selected content. Up to 15 downloads per device. Up to 5 devices per account may download content. Downloaded content is only accessible for 30 days.

Helix TV integrated apps   
A membership is required to use illico+, ICI TOU.TV EXTRA, Netflix, Hayu, Toober and Prime Video apps.

Most secure Wi-Fi   
For the protection of all devices connected to the Wi-Fi network at no additional cost. Conditional upon customer activating the Advanced Security feature free of charge in the Helix Fi app.

Stingray channels included
All Helix TV and TV App plans, with the exception of the TV and TV App Basic plans, include 37 Stingray audio channels, 56 Stingray music channels, 3 Stingray video channels (Festival 4K, Naturescape HD, and Naturescape 4K).

Helix TV 10 Popular and Sports choices + 500 Internet offer at $99/month
This limited-time offer applies to new Videotron customers who reside at eligible addresses and who subscribe to Helix Internet and TV. Customers who are already subscribed to a Videotron Internet or TV service are not eligible for this offer. Some addresses, due to a move, are not eligible for this offer. The offer entails: (a) a lifetime promotional discount of $35 per month, conditional upon customer maintaining their subscription to a Helix Internet and TV plan with a minimum monthly service rate (before any promotional discount or credit, and excluding options, miscellaneous fees, and taxes) of $134 ; and (b) the rental of the Helix Fi Gateway and one Helix TV Terminal, included for customers who subscribe and maintain their subscription to a Helix Internet and TV plan. Equipment rental is subject to availability and Gateway and Terminal models may vary; and (c) one (1) Premium choice among illico+ (default), Superstations, or Super Channel when the customer subscribes to a Helix Internet and TV plan (excluding Basic TV). The choice must be kept for at least 30 days before the customer can change it. The content offering is subject to change at any time. Viewing content online may result in the use of data, the charges of which shall be borne by the customer. These services are available where technology permits. Customer has 30 days following activation of their subscription to cancel the agreement and get reimbursed the current monthly rate. However, customer will be required to pay the amounts due for optional and occasional services. Services, programming, conditions, and rates may vary by region and are subject to change without prior notice. It is possible that this offer cannot be combined with other special offers. Self-installation of equipment is offered free of charge to all customers who subscribe to Helix services (Internet and TV), where access and technology permit. Installation fees of $99 extra.
