The following information only relates to your Helix Internet service. See how to calculate annual fees for your Residential Internet service.
Annual fees for subscribers to Helix Internet and TV or Helix TV app
To calculate your annual Internet charges or for a certain number of months, you must first consult your Helix service contract for the cost of your Internet service.
- Sign in to My Helix Account.
- From the My Account drop-down menu, go to the Profile and settings section.
- Under Legal consent and contract, click Printable version to view your contract.
- See the section Summary of your Services and Promotional Offers for charges billed for your Helix Internet service.
- Multiply this amount by the number of months involved to get your total.
Calculate for multiproduct discount
If you receive a multiproduct discount on your Helix Internet and TV or Helix TV app plan, you must deduct this discount proportionally across your services to obtain the actual cost of your Helix Internet service.
Example:
Your Internet service is $92.50, and the TV service is $59.20, for a total of $151.70. However, you have a $26 discount on your multi-product package.
Calculate the Internet share of your total: $92.50/$151.70 = 60%.
Calculate the proportional Internet discount: 60% of $26 = $15.60.
Calculate the actual cost of your Internet service: $92,50 - $15.60 = $76.90.
