There are three receiving modes of your Videotron invoice: via regular mail on paper, via epostTM service of Canada Post and online in your Customer Centre.
How do I get my online billing?
You can sign up to get your online billing in your Customer Centre account, and you’ll get an email notification when it’s ready.
To do so, simply sign up for online billing.
- Log in to your Customer Centre account.
- Select Subscribe to online billing in the Your invoice section.
- Enter your email address and click Subscribe.
Important : Once you’ve signed up for online billing, you will no longer receive your Videotron invoice by mail. You’ll start receiving your online billing when the next invoice is issued, after the current billing period.
How do I access my online billing?
You can quickly and easily access your online billing in your Customer Centre account or the User Centre + app and see your balance at a glance.
In the Customer Centre:
- Log in to your Customer Centre account.
- Your balance is shown on the home page, under Your invoice.
- Click See your invoice and then click View invoice to access, save or print your full bill.
- To view your bills from the past 36 months, see the Billing history section further down the page.
On the User Centre + app:
- Log in to the User Centre + app.
- On the Home screen, your balance will be displayed in the My invoice tab.
- Tap the tab. Under Billing history, select Current bill and tap Download (PDF) to view your full invoice.
- Access your invoices from the past 36 months by selecting an invoice other than your current invoice under Billing history.
