How to access your online billing

Once you have signed up for online billing, you can access your invoice in the Customer Centre or User Centre + app.

How do I view my online billing?

You can quickly and easily access your online billing in the User Centre + app or your Customer Centre account and see your balance at a glance.

On mobile

  1. Log in using your Customer Centre username and password.
  2. On the Home screen, your balance will be displayed in the My invoice tab.
  3. Tap Download to view your current invoice.
  4. To view an old invoice, tap Yellow down arrow and select the desired invoice.

Online

ACCESS

  1. Log in using your Customer Centre username and password.
  2. Your balance is shown on the home page, under Your invoice.
  3. Click See your invoice and then click View invoice to view, save, or print your full invoice.
  4. To view an old invoice, go to the Billing history section below.

Your invoices are available on the User Centre + and the online Customer Centre for 36 months.

Frequently asked questions about accessing your invoice

If you are a new Videotron customer, it is possible that no invoice has been issued yet. We will send you an email notification when an invoice is posted online. 

Otherwise, make sure you are registered for online billing:

  1. Log in to your Customer Centre account.
  2. Select Subscribe to online billing in the Your invoice section.
  3. Enter your email address and click Subscribe.

Once you’ve signed up for online billing, you will no longer receive your Videotron invoice by mail. You’ll start receiving your online invoice when the next invoice is issued, after the current billing period.
