Why two invoices?
It’s simple: some services are delivered through a different technology platform. We started using it with Helix only, but ultimately, our goal is to deliver all of our services through it, which is a complex project. The platform allows you to enjoy a comprehensive self-service experience, from purchasing to billing. This gives you greater autonomy.
Which services are in My Account or in the Customer Centre?
Our two online platforms allow you to manage different services:
My Account includes Helix services: Helix Internet, Helix TV, and Helix TV App.
The Customer Centre includes the Mobility, illico TV, Hybrid Fibre Internet, and Home Phone services.
Sign up for preauthorized payments
There’s an easy solution to help you not stress about your invoices every month: preauthorized payments.
Thanks to this payment method, the amount owed on your invoices is automatically withdrawn from your bank account or charged to your credit card on the same date each month. You can sign up for this service in My Account or the Customer Centre. Learn how to sign up for preauthorized payments.
Another solution: payment through your online banking service
If you don’t want to sign up for preauthorized payments, another convenient solution is to add Videotron as a payee on your online banking platform. You can name your invoices “Internet” and “Phone,” or “House” and “Cottage,” for example, to differentiate them when you make your payments.
Did you make your payment in the wrong account?
Mistakes happen, so don’t worry! Contact our Customer Service team to let them know. Your request will be processed in 6 to 8 weeks. Your balances will remain unchanged during this period.
Tips for easy management of your two invoices
- Quick tip: one login, two invoices
Did you know you can see both your balances just by logging into My Account? The overview shows your balances for all your Videotron services. For more details, click the View my other bill button, which will direct you to your Customer Centre page without having to authenticate again.
- Paperless tip: online invoice
You already receive an online invoice through My Account. If you haven’t already done so, cut down on your paperwork by also signing up for online invoicing in your Customer Centre.
- Accounting tip: invoice history
If you wish to account for your telecommunications services at the end of the year, you’ll find your invoices for the last 36 months in the history section of My Account and Customer Centre (you must be registered for online billing; your invoices appear from your sign-up date).

No. Because your invoices are associated with separate account numbers, you must pay them separately. Read our tips on managing your payments.
Helix services are provided via a different technology platform, which gives you a lot of freedom. Ultimately, we hope to move all our services to that platform.
For now, you receive two separate invoices: one for Helix and another for your other services, such as Mobile or Home Phone.
Your account number is in the upper right corner of your invoices.
Note that if you subscribe to Helix and other Videotron services, you will have two different account numbers, which are indicated on each invoice.
