What is the Fiit app?
Fiit is the ultimate fitness app, with hundreds of on-demand classes, group workouts, and training plans, from beginner to advanced.
Good to know
A subscription to Fiit is required to view the contents. To subscribe, visit the Fiit website.
Fiit is only available in English.
How to access the Fiit app
To launch the Fiit app on your TV, you can:
- Use the voice command and say “Fiit”
- Press the HELIX button on your remote and select Fiit from the App section in the menu, under Sports
The Fiit home screen will open with a “You’re entering a third-party app” notification to let you know that this is not a Videotron product.
Returning to Helix TV from Fiit
To exit the Fiit app, you can:
- Press Exit or HELIX on your remote to return to the TV
- Press Guide on your remote to return to the Guide
How to sign in to Fiit
The Fiit app syncs across all your devices to keep the profiles created, favourites, and saved settings.
New subscription
- Launch the Fiit app on your TV.
- Scan the QR code displayed onscreen using your mobile, OR go to getfiit.tv/videotron on your PC or your mobile device.
- Click on “Start free trial.”
- Follow the instructions on your device.
Initial connection via Helix TV with the mobile app (recommended)
- Launch the Fiit app on your TV.
- Press the central key on your remote to display a connection PIN.
- Launch the Fiit app on your mobile device and log in.
- Click on the Settings icon in the top right corner.
- In the Connect section, click on TV.
- Follow the instructions on your device.
Initial connection via Helix TV with a web browser
- Launch the Fiit app on your TV.
- Press the central key on your remote to display a connection PIN.
- Go to getfiit.tv/videotron/login on your PC or your mobile device.
- Follow the instructions on your device.
