Your Helix TV entertainment platform features a wide selection of exciting content, including everything on Netflix. Now, you can easily and instantly access the hottest series, documentaries, and movies!
IMPORTANT: A subscription is required to use the Netflix app. To subscribe, visit the Netflix website.
How to access the Netflix app
To launch the Netflix app on your TV, use the voice command and say “Netflix,” or press the HELIX button on your remote and select Netflix from the App section in the menu. The Netflix home screen will appear with the words "You’re entering a third-party app." to let you know that this application is not integrated to Helix TV.
The Netflix content is integrated into the Helix catalogue. Selecting this content from the catalogue will therefore automatically launch the Netflix app.
Good to know
You must sign in to launch Netflix. If you’re having issues connecting to your Netflix account, or if you’ve forgotten the email address or password for your account, consult the Netflix help centre.
How to find Netflix content
To find Netflix content to watch, you can search by title, genre, actor, director, etc. You can also browse Netflix’s suggestions. The more content you watch, the more the recommendations will be tailored to your tastes.
The Netflix app on Helix TV offers all the features you’re used to and more:

Good to know
To view Netflix content in Ultra HD, you must have a 4K TV, a 4K HDMI cable, and a Netflix Premium subscription that allows Ultra HD streaming. You must also configure your Helix TV terminal’s resolution in your settings.
Netflix and Internet data usage
Since the content available on the Netflix app is streamed from the Internet, watching it on Helix TV will be reflected in your data usage. This is also the case if you watch Netflix from a smart TV, computer or other device, as streaming always consumes data.
Note that a higher resolution, such as 4K, represents more data consumption.

Returning to Helix from Netflix
To leave the Netflix app, you can:
- Press Exit on your remote to return to the TV
- Press Guide or Helix on your remote to return to the Guide
