Our offering

Everything you want. None of what you don’t. You will not be offered any services that aren’t adapted to your needs.

No empty promises; it’s a promise. If you want to think it over, our representatives will hand you a quote with all the details. If you sign up, a contract with all the details on the services, prices and promotions will be printed and signed on the spot.

We are sure you will like our services but don’t worry, you can still change your mind. If you are not satisfied with a service to which you subscribe, you have 30 days after its activation to cancel without penalty*.

At your door

At your door

Only one visit per year. However, if you want to see us more often, we would be happy to schedule an appointment at your convenience. Schedule an appointment with a representative by calling 1 855 600-8474.

Not too early, not too late. Visits only take place between 9 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. on weekdays, and between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekends. We’ll let you enjoy your second coffee in peace.

Don’t want any visit? No problem. If there’s a sign on your door, we’ll skip your home and respect your choice. You can also sign up to our exclusion list.

Sign in peace. Our representatives will go above and beyond to protect your personal information at all times.

Our representatives

Properly identified and dressed. They can always be clearly identified via their ID card and Videotron uniform.

Model citizens. Our representatives are all hand-picked and ensure that the service you receive meets your expectations.

Videotron graduates. They have all gone through our internal training. It’s the key to our exceptional service.

Polite and honest. Truthful information, arguments based on facts, and no belittling of competitors’ products, that’s what you’ll get.

Responsible. Breaches of trust, missing information, and discrimination based on language, age, handicap, sexual orientation or other is not tolerated.

Code of ethics. Our representatives must all adhere to and respect Videotron’s code of ethics, in addition to the specific canvassing code of conduct.

If you’re not happy, we want to hear about it. Videotron addresses any complaints about a representative within 24 hours and ensures that the issue will not happen again. Let us know if you’re unsatisfied.

If you’re happy, we want to hear about that too. A phone survey after the transaction allows you to share your comments on your experience with us.

Conditions

* If you have benefited from additional options during these 30 days (e.g., purchase of pay-per-view television content), you must pay the price of these additional options.

Conditions to be entitled to the warranty:

  1. Having used at most 50 % (or 100 % if you are an individual with a disability) of calling time and data included in your Mobile plan or Mobile Internet plan. If your subscribed-to monthly plan includes unlimited usage, condition [1] will not apply to the unlimited option.
  2. Return the equipment and its accessories to us in their original packaging and in almost new condition, otherwise you must pay early cancellation fees.
