Price for life
The “price for life” promise means that the base rate (before any discounts or credits) of Residential Mobile plans will not increase during the course of the subscription. It applies to all Residential Mobile plans marketed by Videotron with the mention “price for life.” The promise applies only to the base rate of the Mobile plan, and not to other charges, such as add-ons, Mobile activation fees, 911 emergency service fees, federal, provincial, and municipal taxes, overage fees, roaming fees, and any other out-of-plans rates and additional fees. It is valid as long as the customer maintains their subscription to the Mobile plan, and is non-transferable.

5G
5G is available with compatible devices. 5G coverage, product features, and performance may vary and are subject to network availability and connectivity. The 5G network symbol appearing on a 5G device while in use means that 5G is available on the Videotron network in the surrounding local area of the device. Outside 5G areas, 5G devices will continue to have access to LTE speeds.

Data at full speed at all times   
Contrary to other service providers, Videotron never slows down your data speed. Data latency may still occur as a result of external factors. Certain conditions apply.

Wi-Fi Calling   
Wi-Fi Calling service is offered to Videotron customers who own a device compatible with the aforementioned technology. To subscribe to this service, customers must activate the Wi-Fi Calling function in their device’s settings, and accept the service’s terms of use. Wi-Fi calls require a connection to a wired Wi-Fi network in order to allow for signal transmission; therefore, it is impossible to use Wi-Fi Calling when on-board means of transport (trains, buses, airplanes, boats, etc.), or to make Wi-Fi Calls using a shared connection. All use of the Wi-Fi Calling service will be deducted from the minutes included in your Mobile plan. If your plan does not include unlimited minutes, you may incur fees for exceeding minutes. Use of the Wi-Fi Calling service for video calling incurs Internet data consumption, which will be deducted from the Internet plan belonging to the Wi-Fi signal provider. Invoicing rules may vary according to the customer’s location when making Wi-Fi calls. Specific limitations apply to Emergency 911 services. Bonus Annual Data in Canada   
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron Residential customers who subscribe, and maintain their subscription to an eligible Mobile plan. The offer entails a bonus, free of charge in Canada, of 100 GB of data with a subscription to an All-Inclusive or Canada-International Mobile plan. This offer is applicable for a period of twelve (12) months from the initial subscription date. The amount of free-of-charge bonus data cannot exceed 20 GB per billing cycle. This bonus data offer is non-transferable and is renewable after twelve (12) months. One bonus data offer per telephone number per twelve (12) month period. It is possible that this offer cannot be combined with other special offers or additional monthly Data Add-ons. Certain conditions apply.

Club illico mobile 
This limited-time offer applies exclusively to new Videotron customers who do not have access to Club illico. Access to Club illico mobile requires a monthly subscription to one of Videotron’s selected All-Inclusive or Canada-International Mobile plans. Limit of one subscription and access per account. Accessible only in Canada, where technology permits. Movie and series availability varies by platform and is subject to change at any time. Requires a compatible mobile device. Data used for viewing content is deducted from those included in the monthly plan. Fees for Internet connection, including data usage, shall be borne by the customer. Keep your own phone - $5/month discount and 5 GB bonus data
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron Residential customers. On subscription to an eligible Mobile plan, the customer who brings their own device receives a $5 monthly discount and obtains an additional monthly Data Add-on of 5 GB. Customer must own a compatible device. The discount and the additional monthly Data Add-on offer will be maintained as long as the customer keeps their device and the plan to which they are subscribed. All-Inclusive and International cell phone plans — Multiproduct and multiservice discounts of $15   
This limited-time offer applies to Videotron Residential customers who subscribe and maintain their subscription to an eligible Mobile plan and Internet service. The offer entails a monthly discount of $10 on subscription to Mobile plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $50 (before any discounts or credits). A $5/month discount applies to Videotron Residential customers who subscribe, or who are already subscribed to at least one (1) of the following Videotron services: Home Phone, TV, or Internet. Use of the Canada-International plan (calls, text messages, and data) is possible in the countries listed above for a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) days per year, calculated from the initial subscription date. If usage exceeds the one hundred and twenty (120) days per year, Videotron may charge overage fees or remove the privilege entirely. The Canada-International plan is not applicable on cruise ships and in areas that are not supported by a partner operator (offshore areas), and additional fees will be charged to the customer on a per-use basis.
