How can I send a photo or video message?
You can send or receive an unlimited number of photos or videos per message with your mobile phone. Typing text on-screen and sending the message varies based on the type of device you have. For instructions on how to do this, enter Support followed by your device model in the search bar at the top of the page to find your phone’s user guide.
Your mobile phone notifies you with a sound alert or by displaying a symbol or message on the screen when you’ve received a new photo or video message. All you have to do is open it and the files will be downloaded automatically if your phone allows it.
