Don’t miss your installation appointment with our technician
If you followed the steps to transfer your current Internet and Television services, you must have scheduled an appointment with one of our technicians when you called to give us your new address.
Although your cable services may already be activated in your new home, make sure you are there for the appointment and note that an adult must always be present.
Good to know
Given the pandemic, there are now several ways in which our technicians can assist you. For more information, see our Policies and Prevention Measures.
Choose the right spot to connect your equipment
Up to six TV setups (outlets, terminals, DTA, etc.), one Residential Internet setup and one Home Phone setup can be installed per home. If you want to activate new outlets, take a moment to choose the right spot for your equipment before connecting anything.
Keep all the cables that connect your TV to your terminal
To help our technician install your services efficiently, make sure you have all your equipment handy. When you move, you have to keep all the cables that connect your TV to your terminal. You don’t need to bring any of the hardwired cables to your new home.
The technician will install cable on the surface of the wall, not in it.
