How the TV and TV App plans work
With the Helix services, you must subscribe to Helix Internet in order to take advantage of Helix TV or Helix TV App, as it uses IP (Internet Protocol) technology.
Included in all our plans, Basic service consists of 23 HD channels, including all the general Canadian channels, and access to Indigo, the pay-per-view sporting events service.
If your plan includes a choice of channels, you can select them from our Popular and/or Sports categories. You can also add other channels from our À la carte category, at additional cost.
The TV and TV App Sports option plans allow you to choose 10, 15 or 25 channels from the Sports and Popular categories.

Helix Internet and TV offer
The combined monthly discount of $12 for life, is applicable on subscription and maintenance of subscription to a 400 Internet and TV 10 Choices Sports Option plan. This limited-time offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with other current promotions.
This offer applies to new Helix customers who subscribe to Helix Internet and TV. The offer entails a discount of $288 upon purchase of the Helix Fi 2 gateway, and a discount of $192 upon purchase of the Helix TV terminal, conditional upon subscription to a Helix Internet and TV plan with a 24-month agreement, and maintenance of said subscription (the discounts for the gateway and terminal will appear on the first invoice). If the agreement is cancelled before the end of the 24-month period, an indemnity corresponding to the monthly amount of the discounts granted ($12 for the gateway and $8 for the terminal) multiplied by the number of months remaining on the agreement, including applicable taxes, shall be borne by the customer. Customer has 30 days following activation of their subscription to cancel the agreement with no cancellation fees. In such cases, the current monthly rate will be reimbursed; however, customer will be required to pay the amounts due for optional and occasional services. One Premium choice (from Club illico, Superstations, or Super Channel) is valid exclusively for new customers who subscribe to a Helix Internet and TV plan (excluding Basic plans), and is conditional on customer maintaining said subscription.
