FAQ about mobile phones and Mobile Service
If you are a new Mobile client and you get your phone from one of our stores, your service is automatically activated. If you get your phone by mail and want to receive calls on your new phone before the system does so automatically, you may finalize the activation of your mobile phone by calling 1 877 477-5757 or accessing the “Complete your mobile service activation” functionality in the Mobile section of the Customer Centre.
If you already are a Mobile customer with another provider, you must request a number transfer from that provider. See the procedure
If you have a new phone number, insert the SIM card into your mobile device and it will activate automatically.
If you are keeping your current phone number, insert the SIM card into your mobile device and call our toll-free automated activation service: 1 833 657-5507.
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your phone, it can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
The device must be in "new" condition with all components, manuals and original packaging. The battery is considered as essential part of the mobile equipment. In order to benefit from the 30-day guarantee, any gift or bonus offered with the purchase must also be returned in like-new condition. SIM cards removed from packaging or activated cannot be returned. For the device, no exchange can be accepted.

Conditions
The advertised price corresponds to the purchase of a mobile device with Videotron’s Simplified Payment option, on subscription to a plan with a minimum monthly service rate of $50 and a 24-month agreement. Available on certain plans only. In the event that customer cancels their agreement before the end of the 24-month period, they will have to pay the balance of the payments. If the device is discounted, an indemnity corresponding to the monthly amount of the discount multiplied by the number of months remaining will apply.
The Magic Eraser feature requires the Google Photos app and may not work on all image elements.
When a Google Pixel 6a device leaves the factory, it complies with dust and water protection rating IP67 under IEC standard 60529. However, it is not water- or dust-proof, nor are its accessories. Water resistance and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and will diminish or be lost over time due to normal wear and tear, device repair, disassembly, or damage. Dropping your device may result in loss of water/dust resistance. Liquid damage voids the warranty.
