You can change your Helix Internet or Helix Internet and TV plan online yourself at your convenience. Sign in to My Helix Account.
My account lets you tailor your Internet service to your usage and customize the TV channels to match your mood. Choosing to increase or reduce your plan may lead to higher or lower monthly fees. Don’t worry, this variation will be clearly shown when you confirm the change.
Shopping for your new plan
Changing your services online
- Sign in to My Helix Account.
- In the Services and Equipment section, click on Change my services,
- There you’ll be able to change your Helix Internet or your Helix Internet and TV Internet plan.
- Confirm the changes to your plan and your new monthly fee on the Order Summary page by clicking on Place my order. A confirmation page will appear.
Congrats, you did it!
If you changed your Internet plan, your gateway will automatically reboot. You won’t have an Internet connection for around 5 to 6 minutes.
Your new Helix Internet or Helix TV plan is activated moments after your changes. Your billing is also adjusted at the same time.
