You can change your Helix Internet or Helix Internet and TV plan online yourself at your convenience. My Account lets you tailor your Internet service to your usage and customize the TV channels to match your mood.
Choosing to increase or reduce your plan may lead to higher or lower monthly fees. Don’t worry, this variation will be clearly shown when you confirm the change.
Changing your services online
- Sign in to My Account.
- In the Services and Equipment section, click on Change my services.
- Shop for available plans by clicking on the ones you’re interested in.
- Once you have made your selection, click on Continue.
- Verify the changes to your plan and your new monthly fee on the Order Summary.
- Click on Place my order to confirm the changes.
Your new Helix Internet or Helix TV plan is activated moments after your changes. Your billing is also adjusted at the same time.
Good to know
Depending on the changes made to your Helix TV plan, you may need to choose your channels again.
If you changed your Internet plan, your gateway will automatically reboot. You won’t have an Internet connection for around 5 to 6 minutes.
